A: Colors in a dream can be of a spiritual nature. Color can also evoke strong emotional responses. The lighting of someone's cigarette signifies your attempts to enlighten others. I feel psychically that you are going through a major transformation in your life. Fire and flames is purification. Burning off the old way of life.Your spiritual development and a significant change in your lifestyle is just around the corner.Light in any form symbolizes intuition and a guiding light. The color green represents fertility, healing, and nature's riches. Green ensures successful sowing and reaping of crops. As ye sows , so shall you reap. What you plant will come to harvest. This dream is highly evolved and is communicating the message you are on the threshold of embracing the good. You're desire to have other colors emanating from the lighter, such as red meaning passion, blue, purity, pink, forgivness. Your unconsious is speaking to you through your dream state. "I can literally change myself and others."Good Luck to you on your journey to self discovery.
Q: My husband had a dream that he was his father and was dancing with his mother at a place he never went to. My husband's father passed away in 1992 and his mom had died in 1984. My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in 2001; went thru Radiation, Chemo and Stem Cell Transplant. Currently you could say he is in remission. He can not work and is out on disability. He was very close to both of his parents. He does say at times, just shot me and put me out of my misery because of pain.

A: This dream is one of release, wish-fullfillment, and propehetic in nature. Your husband has been through much pain and suffering. His wish is to be free of all the treatments is understandable. His disability has made him feel useless and depressed. People can actually wish themselves to pass on to the next life with uncanny success. Relief is needed for his body, mind and spirit. His emotions are overwhelming and his dreams provide a release he so desperately needs. Dreams are our getaway, a vacation from the harsh realties of our stress filled lives.Transporting ourselves to be with loved ones is healthy. Although in your husbands case his grief for his parents and former life might be too much for him to bear. Your husband is need of counseling. Coping for him has become unberable, hence the propehetic nature of this dream of him leaving this earth plane to be with his parents.
