Cancellations and missed appointments are “non-refundable" and there are NO REFUNDS on readings that have been completed sessions.

ALL READINGS MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN ONE CALENDAR YEAR OF PURCHASE DATE. Purchased readings will not be honored past the expiration date.

rescheduling

Rescheduling due to illness/family or other emergency:

​

If Barbara cannot read for you due to her own illness, emergency, or another energetically or physically impairing reason on your reading date, you will be offered the soonest available reading time.

If you need to reschedule due to illness or emergency - you will be offered the soonest available reading time. You must notify us within 3 business days or 72 hours in advance to be able to reschedule without loss of your appointment and paying for another session.

If you do not contact us within the specific time frame your session will be cancelled and you will have to make another appointment and pay for another session.

I understand that in making an appointment with Barbara Mackey that I am paying for her time. Any advice, conversation or information that you receive from this web site or Barbara Mackey is strictly open to your own personal interpretation, which others may disagree with. Barbara does not guarantee the accuracy of her insights / predictions / sessions and is in no way responsible or liable for the actions you take as a result of the session.

The Client is 100% responsible for their own actions taken based upon having a session with Barbara.
