A HELPING HAND Radio station helps organize holiday food drive

POINT PLEASANT — "Everybody wants to help their neighbors, but they're not really sure how to do that," said Teddy Maturo. marketing manager at WOBM. The radio station helped organize a food drive Monday and yesterday.

The radio station helped listeners help others by setting up a series of drop-off locations where people could make contributions to the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Barbara Mackey donated her time by providing listeners with free mini-readings, live at the Ocean County Stop and Shop, where she encouraged listeners to come by and contribute to this great cause.....

WOBM is located at 92.7 FM and is part of New Jersey's Millennium Radio Group.
